2.1 Scheduling

2.2 Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be discussed prior to commencement. Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

2.3 Medicare and Insurance

Eligible clients may access Medicare rebates with a valid Mental Health Care Plan. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm eligibility for Medicare or private health rebates.

2.4 Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Engage in the therapeutic or assessment process where appropriate

  • Communicate any concerns or changes that may impact services

Active participation supports effective outcomes.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

4.1 Confidentiality

  • Attending sessions in a private environment

Not all services are suitable for telehealth, and this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

we retain client records for a minimum of 7 years after the last client contact, or in the case of a minor, until the client turns 25 years of age.

  • There is non-payment of fees

  • There is ongoing non-attendance

  • The therapeutic relationship is no longer effective

Where appropriate, referrals will be provided.
