Inner Lab Psychology is a private psychology practice based in Redcliffe, providing psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions for individuals experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health concerns. All services are tailored to each client's unique needs.

About the Psychologist

I am a registered psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves and recognise their strengths. My aim is to support people in developing insight and cultivating the motivation needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

I have experience working in both private and correctional settings, supporting individuals with a range of psychological and mental health concerns. I am particularly interested in administering psychological assessments that assist with diagnostic understanding, as well as providing evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s needs.

I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where individuals feel heard, validated, and empowered to work towards improved psychological well-being.
